Compliant with RoHS environmental standards, it is the optimal choice for standard front/back mounting on PCB boards and is primarily engineered for signal transmission core links in various electronic devices. It offers a full range of pole counts from 2P to 24P with graded dimensional tolerances by pole count: ±0.25mm for 2x01P-2x06P and ±0.35mm for 2x07P-2x12P, with an angular tolerance of ±1°, making it suitable for various standard PCB layout designs.
2.The housing is made of PA66 + 15% glass fiber, the black version meeting the UL94V-0 flame retardant standard. The pins are constructed from brass with tin-plated contact areas, ensuring robust mechanical structural strength while delivering stable conductive performance. Boasting outstanding core electrical parameters, it has a rated voltage of 250V AC/DC and a rated current of 5A, with a withstanding voltage of 1500V AC per minute, insulation resistance of ≥1000MΩ and contact resistance of ≤20mΩ. Operating within a temperature range of -25°C to +85°C, it enables continuous signal transmission across multiple scenarios.
