Different from traditional straight pin edge connectors prevailing on the market, CONSHARE self-developed curved C-shaped solder tail enlarges PCB soldering bonding area. The curved structure can offset thermal expansion discrepancy between metal pin and FR-4 circuit board during high-temperature reflow, greatly cutting cold solder and desoldering failure probability especially for high pin count 2×70pin products during automated mass production.
Custom-formulated black LCP raw material can sustain peak reflow temperature up to 260℃ without deformation or volatile gas precipitation, resolving the common industry defect of plastic shrinkage causing pin offset after high-temperature soldering. Added anti-UV ingredient also expands application possibility for equipment installed in open-air control cabinets.
Instead of full gold plating on entire terminals, CONSHARE only implements gold coating on the wear-prone contact insertion part. Tin plating applied on solder legs cuts excessive precious metal cost for buyers without compromising mating stability, a targeted structural optimization specially designed for multi-pin high-cost edge card connectors.
Relying on in-house precision mold development capability, we tighten the whole product’s mounting tolerance to ±0.05mm. The pre-verified PCB pad specification matches mainstream PCB manufacturing precision, helping clients save extra expense on secondary PCB revision during prototype development.
