The CONSHARE CRPS series vertical DIP card edge power connector is an engineer-customized through-hole card edge interconnect developed by CONSHARE’s hardware R&D team, strictly manufactured against our proprietary dimensional specification drawing with 2.54mm standard pitch and 180° straight DIP (through-hole) structure, fixed 3.0mm pin length. Covering full dual-row pin configurations from 2×3PIN up to 2×50PIN, this power-focused card edge connector is engineered to resolve recurring engineering pain points including inconsistent PCB matching dimension, unstable high-current conduction, terminal oxidation & poor wave soldering yield encountered by OEM/ODM hardware designers across power & industrial electronics industries.
All dimensional benchmarks (Dimension A/B/C coding rules marked on original drawing) are pre-calibrated with ±0.05mm PCB layout tolerance after repeated DIP plugging & soldering reliability testing. CONSHARE standardizes each pin count to a fixed A/B/C dimensional value, enabling clients to directly reference our specification sheet for PCB footprint design without secondary dimensional verification or costly re-spinning of bare PCB boards.

Hardware engineers can directly import our standardized PCB footprint file for schematic design, cutting PCB rework cost by up to 35% caused by mismatched connector-body dimension. The pre-reserved Φ0.50 locating hole on connector tail eliminates component shifting during automated DIP insertion & wave soldering, cutting client’s production defective rate of soldering short-circuit drastically.
We split plating solutions into 6 categorized finishes targeting different application environments instead of the industry’s single gold/tin option:
Flash Gold/Tin & 1μ gold: For low-current indoor consumer electronics to control BOM cost
3μ~5μ gold: For mid-current industrial power modules with moderate humidity environment
-15μ/30μ thick gold: For high-humidity, corrosive outdoor/automotive auxiliary control boards to prevent terminal oxidation & contact drift
This tiered plating scheme helps clients avoid overpaying for redundant thick gold plating or facing premature oxidation from cheap full-tin plating.
With C7025 high-conductivity phosphor copper + 12A single-pin rated load design, the CRPS series effectively suppresses heat buildup under continuous high-current working status; 750V high withstand voltage & -40~+105℃ wide temperature range fully cover extreme working scenarios from low-temperature cold storage equipment to high-heat industrial power supply, eliminating hidden risks like insulation breakdown and connector sparking under fluctuating power loads.

All raw materials of CRPS series strictly comply with RoHS environmental directives; PA10T housing is qualified with UL94V-0 flame retardant certification. Every finished connector undergoes factory incoming inspection including high-voltage withstand test, contact resistance test and insulation performance test under our drawing’s tolerance standard (general dimensional tolerance ±0.35/±0.25mm).
