1.AA11R21421285C1 is a DIP 90° combination connector that integrates 2.54mm pitch signal pins (6 sets) and 7.62mm pitch power pins (5 sets). It is specifically designed for PCB board mounting, supporting both signal transmission and power supply.
2.The housing is made of black LCP material and complies with the UL94V-0 flame-retardant standard.
The contacts are made of C18400 material (gold-plated in contact areas, cold-flash plated in solder areas, with an overall nickel underlayer of ≥50μ"), and the grounding components are brass (matte tin-plated with a thickness of ≥80μ"), ensuring safety and durability.
3.The signal pins have a rated current of 10A and the power pins 55A (both UL-certified).
The power pins can withstand DC 1000V for 1 minute, with a contact resistance of ≤0.6mΩ and an insulation resistance of ≥5000MΩ (for power pins), enabling efficient and stable transmission.
