This vertical through-board mating structure is standardized with 5.0mm nominal mating height, alongside flexible overall stack-up height ranging from 5.0mm to 8.0mm to fit layered PCB stacking design requirements.
This board-to-board male header is tailored for SMT surface mount soldering processing, perfectly aligning with automated PCB assembly workflows, widely adaptable for embedded control boards, smart home modules, medical handheld devices and automotive auxiliary circuit boards where space-saving high pin-count interconnection is required.
Connector insulator body adopts UL94V-0 certified white LCP resin as core housing material, outstanding heat resistance suppresses plastic deformation during high-temperature reflow soldering, meanwhile the inherent anti-flammability property effectively blocks circuit fire spread caused by abnormal current surge, eliminating hidden risks from overheated component aging.
Conductive pins are molded from premium copper alloy substrate with composite electroplating structure: full base nickel underplating covers entire terminal body to resist substrate oxidation, critical soldering pad area features 1μ” hard gold plating as core specification, alternative gold thickness options from 0.05μ” flash gold up to 3μ” heavy gold are available. The multi-layer plating architecture cuts contact resistance fluctuation and avoids pin corrosion under long-term humid operating environment.
Equipped with SUS304 grade stainless steel lock cap as retention accessory, the metal cap reinforces connector mating lock force to prevent accidental disengagement from vibration or mechanical pull during equipment transportation and daily operation, the anti-rust stainless steel property maintains stable clamping performance under damp industrial ambient.
Rated working current per single contact is set at 0.5A, dielectric withstand voltage reaches 500V AC per minute after finished assembly, the parameter threshold leaves ample safety margin for transient voltage surge generated by instantaneous circuit switch, avoiding breakdown failure of insulation layer.
Max contact resistance is limited within 50mΩ, insulation resistance hits 1000MΩ under 500V DC/0.1S testing condition, stable impedance property reduces signal attenuation for high-speed digital transmission, ideal for low-power analog and digital signal interconnection circuits.
Certified operational temperature spans from -40℃ up to +105℃, the finished connector keeps consistent electrical and mechanical performance when applied in outdoor cold equipment or enclosed high-heat power modules without intermittent open/short circuit issues.
Strict 0.80mm single row pin center pitch controls with dimensional tolerance compliant to engineering drawing standard, symmetrical pin layout eliminates PCB bridging risk during SMT solder paste reflow; factory pre-calibrated pin dimension avoids misalignment when mating with matching female BTB counterpart.
Base nominal mating height is fixed at 5.0mm, extended finished height selections cover 5.60mm / 6.0mm / 6.60mm /7.60mm as alternative specifications, engineers can select matched height variant to realize variable PCB gap stacking design without extra mechanical modification on existing PCBA layout.
Official top-side PCB layout drawing with ±0.05mm manufacturing tolerance is provided for clients’ pre-design reference, pre-verified pad dimension eliminates secondary layout revision work, cuts down PCB prototype iteration cycle and R&D trial cost during new project launch.
Apart from default 1μ” hard gold spec, clients can select diversified plating variants: 0.05μ” flash gold for cost-sensitive low-frequency circuit, 0.3μ”~3μ” thick gold for high-vibration long-lifetime industrial equipment, every plating option is traceable with complete plating thickness inspection report.
Based on core AA025 product series, available pin options start from 2×5Pin up to 2×100Pin, aside from 120Pin regular stock item, any intermediate pin quantity can be customized per project’s specific PCB pin assignment, shortens customized sample lead time via existing mould resource.
