This product is a 74Pin vertical interconnect system with a 0.60mm pitch, designed based on SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and fully compatible with 56G PAM4/PCIe® Gen 4/5/6 high-speed transmission protocols. The housing is made of UL94V-0 high-temperature thermoplastic material (black), and the terminal contact area adopts a selective gold plating process (optional Au1u"/Au3u"). The solder tails feature matte tin plating, with a 50u" nickel underlayer for enhanced contact conductivity and corrosion resistance; the entire shell is made of solderable steel alloy with full 50u" nickel plating, ensuring robust mechanical structure. It addresses core pain points of high-pin devices, such as "signal attenuation in high-speed transmission" and "low mass assembly efficiency". Its 1.50mm pin length balances high-frequency transmission advantages and space savings, supporting both cable and card-edge applications. Packaged in Tape & Reel format (300PCS/reel, 1800PCS/carton), it reserves 18 empty positions at the front and rear before winding, with the top tape extended by 200mm, adapting to automated mounting processes.
