This product is a 38Pin vertical interconnect system with a 0.60mm pitch, designed for reflow soldering (supporting 260℃ for 3-5 seconds) and compatible with 56G PAM4/PCIe® Gen 4/5/6 high-speed transmission protocols. It delivers excellent electrical performance: rated current of 0.5A, initial contact resistance ≤30mΩ (≤50mΩ after testing), insulation resistance ≥100MΩ, and withstand voltage ≥500V AC, ensuring stable signal transmission without interference. In terms of mechanical properties, the single-pair terminal insertion force is ≤1.1N + 10N total insertion force, single-pair withdrawal force ≥0.10N, and plug-in durability reaches 200 cycles, meeting regular equipment maintenance needs. The housing is made of UL94V-0 flame-retardant material, and the terminals are high-performance copper alloy. All materials comply with RoHS HF environmental standards. Packaged in Tape & Reel format (300PCS/reel, 2400PCS/carton), it reserves 15 empty positions at the front and rear before winding, with the top tape extended by 200mm, adapting to small-to-medium batch assembly scenarios.
