It delivers excellent electrical performance: rated current of 0.5A, initial contact resistance ≤30mΩ (≤50mΩ after testing), insulation resistance ≥100MΩ, and withstand voltage ≥500V AC, ensuring stable signal transmission without interference. In terms of mechanical properties, the single-pair terminal insertion force is ≤1.1N + 10N total insertion force, single-pair withdrawal force ≥0.10N, and plug-in durability reaches 200 cycles, meeting regular equipment maintenance needs.
